this is true on the surface, but all software requires Upkeep. i can transfer a system that they can use, but if they don't have a device team, pr someone whoncan Upkeep it, its going to crash eventually. all software is a dependency. unless you want to stay on as tech support, they have to have a team who can manage it.

What’s your thoughts on hardcoded vs UI editable workflows? For example: allowing ticket system stage changes, customizable routing rules, if this then that style automation rule builder all accessible by the end user. I’ve built a few platforms so far and I always find myself creating an admin menu for feature modifications rather than simply hardcoding.
