My son is 8. He is loving, full of joy and is empathetic. He adores his family and his friends. I do worry about what'll happen as he gets older though as I work in a high school and I see boys change. I will keep raising him the way I have been.

It needs to come from the father, to demonstrate a warrior mindset, which doesn’t mean violence first, but a last resort! Express empathy and protect those that can’t protect themselves! A calm mind and patience! The list goes on…

Our son is the most gentle and kid wee boy at the age of 5. And we, as parents know that we have serious responsibility in trying ensure that he remains gentle and kind as becomes older. Raising good men is a task.

I have a son. He has accidentally seen some video game adverts when playing gentle games like ice cream building that have been violent, in addition to I have unfortunately let him watch kids shows that show violence (- say even kpop demon hunters) he picks up and talks of killing etc and fighting and so on. I do wonder if hed never seen a screen what he would be like. He plays a lot with toys but its fighting play.

My son is the sweetest and kindest child. He’s 14 and all of his friends are all still lovely. We have to be open about bigotry in all its forms. If they are raised with love and empathy to understand different people they can see who the problems are.
