@courtneys_bites: Lasagna style loaded jacket potato in the airfryer!😍 full recipe below! ⬇️ Ingredients: -1 large baking potato -olive oil -salt -pepper -butter -500g beef mince meat -1 chopped onion -2 chopped peppers -handful chopped cherry tomatoes -2 tsp minced garlic -half a tub of tomato puree -1 jar bolognaise sauce -1 jar lasagna white sauce -mozzarella cheese -Parmesan -fresh parsley Method: Place your washed potato on tin foil and stab multiple holes on each side then -then add some olive oil covering the whole potato and a pinch of salt on either side -wrap it up tight so it’s fully covered and place in your air fryer on 180 degrees Celsius for 1hr 10min -in a pan, add your mince meat and allow to fully cook, then add a pinch of salt and pepper, and your minced garlic -after another 10 minutes of cooking on a medium high heat add your peppers, onion and tomatoes and mix well -place a lid over your pan and cook for a further 20 minutes -after 20 minutes, add your tomato puree and bolognaise sauce and place on a low to medium heat to simmer for a further 30 minutes -take your potato out of the tin foil once the time has done, and place back in on 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes to crisp up -cut your potato down the middle length ways and again sideways and push down on either side to open it up -add 2 tbsp of butter and mix all the potato and butter together to make it nice and smooth -add a layer of cheese, then lasagna white sauce, bolognaise, more white sauce and then top with more cheese and Parmesan -place back in the airfryer on 200 for 6-7 minutes, top with parsley and enjoy! #jacketpotato #airfryerjacketpotato #EasyRecipes #DinnerIdeas #easymeals
