Your belly can feel tight at the end of the day without being braxton hicks tho... If it last more than a couple seconds or minutes it's not Bh (what my doctor told me)

Nurse tip- BH is able to be relieved by walking and labor contractions are not. So if you feel them, try walking around and see if it helps. Also BH are irregular while contractions for labor are regular intervals, so time a few of them and see.
