I might get lashed out with this comment but for me Genshin became the standard that so many games aimed to surpass Genshin which gave them the inspiration what to add and improve on their games, which really happened, this is not a comparison between genshin and other games but a reminder that Genshin was indeed the standard which allowed the other Gacha open world to bloom. Thats why Genshin is mostly one of the comfort game to other players. Again this is merely an observation and opinion, no comparison between the games.
