I just tried mine for the first time today. I just came across it at TJ Maxx and was like OK. I should try this and it took a second to get used to the twitching but then it’s been kind of relaxing and I feel and I start to move out my left sinus that was clogged? I’m not sure if that was just coincidental from laying down or not, but it felt like it was helping!
