The officer should never have lost control and taken this uncooperative person personally. She should not have slapped her or pulled her hair. Taking her to the ground was legal. Officers are now doing this when people do not comply. This minimizes the risk of officers getting seriously hurt and the suspect usually only sustains minimal injuries. I've seen officers break fingers and tear muscles in their legs. This suspect would not get out of her large truck so pulling her out was the only way. I feel this officer can't take this type of pressure and needs to find another job.

Terrible cop on a power trip. Doubt the cop is in jail..Probably fired and the citizen settled out of court.
