Actualy there is a 54 inch pipeline that pulls out of the aquifers already, and sends it towards Amarillo and south. Canadian river municipal water authority.

they're also building one in my town. these data centers need to ship in their own water. when is the next legislative session? even if lawmakers had a plan these data centers will be built and communities devastated before they make the attempt
