A few things. 1). Immediately get a property survey. That way you can make sure they do not cross your actual property lines. Even if you know, get it documented. 2). Go outside and take multiple pictures of your property from differently angles, including all of your trees and landscaping. 3). Get some cameras installed. Also, as someone who bought into an established community they need to have some respect. They have no regard for their new neighbors or the property of others. I have always tried to be aware of my property and having respect for my neighbors.

Get a survey of your property and put up a fence. You can be upset for sure but better to protect yourself now, before they do anything. You were lucky for 22 years. Now you have to do anything you need to to make sure all is how it allowed to be.

We had our streets done a couple years ago what a nightmare, it was over a year project , finally the city was done. The land next to our home sold and they starting building their home a couple months later. Let me tell you it was a two year project, they wld start everyday at 7 a.m. my house always felt dirty, when they started the brick work they used my hose without asking, it was red brick guess what everyday when they were done for the day I wld have to hose diwn my house from all the “red dust” they left behind, it was a nightmare, good luck.
