I have psoriasis too.. I get it from my mother she gets shots for them cause she gets it on her body a lot I have it mostly on my scalp

I also have plaque psoriasis. This season change has my scalp feeling so sore. Usually winter is worse for me too, but where I live the weather is hot in the afternoon and cold in the evenings and mornings. Yeah it’s definitely not fun at all. I’ve never tried rosemary oil.

I did put ones before Washing my hair oil on my scalp and it stayed so oily after even Washing it 3 times 😪 terrible! Why?

Tea tree shampoo or add tea tree oil into your shampoo. My son has plaque psoriasis and it’s the best for him.
