Divide the whipped cream into three bowls and tint each with food coloring if desired. 5. Spread or pipe the whipped cream evenly over the chilled Oreo base, leaving a small border around the edges. For a striped look, pipe diagonal lines of each color across the surface. 6. Using the plastic wrap to help guide you, carefully roll the Oreo sheet into a tight log, starting from one long side.
