I've been taking them for about a month and absolutely can tell a difference. I just restocked today with a bigger bottle. I also have been using the Physician Choice probiotics. My bloating has decreased so much and I am starting to feel so much better. 🥰🥰🥰

I first took these in the end of 2023 and it didn’t give me diarrhea it just had me going! No bloating, no gas, nothing I felt SO light. I tried them again this year. And it’s the complete opposite I don’t know if they changed their formula or if it’s just me not being able to tolerate them anymore.. it’s no for me
