You save so much money doing it yourself that wax ring isn’t that expensive either it’s like maybe 30-50 depending on where you go to get it.

Remove the old caulking from the bottom of the toilet “before” placing it back on…….he meant to add.

do it myself. he put the toilet back with old caulk on it. I would look at that every day and think "400 dollars for that?" 🙄
