spicy crispy chicken caesar salad wraps 🌯🔥 recipe: 4 chicken breasts 1 cup all-purpose flour (120g) seasonings (adjust to your spice preference): salt black pepper garlic powder onion powder smoked paprika italian seasoning chili powder cayenne pepper red pepper flakes kinder bold chicken seasoning blend (i used this to season both the chicken and flour) for the wet mixture: 2 eggs 2–3 tbsp heavy cream (30–45g) 1–2 tbsp pickle juice hot sauce (to taste) i also like to season the egg mixture with a little extra cayenne, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and kinder bold chicken seasoning. panko: 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs (90g) 2–3 tbsp grated parmesan (optional) i also put a little spice on the panko:) other ingredients: romaine lettuce tortillas, i use the burrito size for the video! extra parmesan oil for frying season the chicken generously with your spices. in one bowl, mix the flour with any remaining seasoning. in another bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, pickle juice, hot sauce, and extra seasonings. in a third bowl, combine the panko and parmesan. coat each piece of chicken in the flour, then the egg mixture, then press into the panko until fully coated. let the breaded chicken rest for 5–10 minutes so the coating sticks. fry in oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per side. remove and let drain. spicy caesar dressing- 1 cup mayo (240g) ½ cup finely grated parmesan (50g) 2–3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp lemon juice (30g) 1 tbsp dijon mustard (15g) 1 tsp worcestershire ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper ¼ cup olive oil (60g) 2–4 tbsp water (to thin if needed) for the spice (adjust to taste): cayenne pepper chili powder smoked paprika red pepper flakes hot sauce (optional) for the dressing, whisk together the mayo, parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, dijon, worcestershire, salt, and pepper. add your spices to taste depending on how spicy you want it. slowly whisk in the olive oil, then add water as needed until smooth and pourable. toss chopped romaine with some of the dressing. assemble the wraps with dressing, lettuce, crispy chicken, and extra parmesan. wrap tightly, and enjoy! #caesarsalad #crispychicken #wraps #EasyRecipe #Recipe
