this is so helpful! I'm 44 and think im in peri and just made an appt w a new obgyn who actually prescribes hrt! ive never been excited to go to the gyno before lol so tired of not feeling like myself

This is so helpful! I feel like a different human since being in perimenopause, I feel so bad for my family. 🫣 I can’t even stand myself. 😳 It’s been so awful feeling so unlike myself.

I just had an hour long consultation with an HRT Dr in Ft Wayne. She HEARD me and I begin today. I had a complete hyste when I was 42yo d/t endometriosis, so now in menopause for almost 20 years. Women have been told lies for years. I am glad that things are changing and hope that there will be more research so women start to feel good again Good share, Kim! Congratulations!
