I worked in labor and delivery. A doula was always in the way of the nurse and other medical professionals that do help you. But do you. How about taking a Lamaze class learn how to do breathing and relax techniques. You will want a epidural believe me. Just saying.

I had a midwife and wanted a water birth. I had to be induced for a medical reason. Gas and air wasn’t cutting it after a while. I was begging for an epidural. Every birth is different. Keep your options open. Wishing you a wonderful delivery for you and your baby boy. 💙

I am 32 weeks now and I have no birth plan myself.. I think at this point my plan is to not let me die and have a healthy birth 😅

your birth plan is the same as mine and it has worked 2 times for me and I'm pregnant with my 3rd. go in, get epidural, have baby leave. 🤣
