Done it twice. I promise you it’s not bad, ppl on here just like to exaggerate. If it helps refrigerate the bottle. The flavor of the liquid should improve. Trust me, I’ve been through worse and a colonoscopy prep is not one of them.

The people saying this is dramatic and not that bad… like what???? After my first glass it’s like my throat tightened and wouldn’t go down I was gagging so bad.. It’s not that the taste is horrible.. it tasted like lightly salted water.. it’s just tooooooo much

2 sips prep, 1 sip something you like that's allowed. Wait two minutes, then repeat. Don't breath in until you start dipping the reward sip. Signed, an IBD girlie.

Plenvu was gross. But it didn’t amount to the gallon you had to drink. It was like 3 20oz glasses. But realllyyyyy thick. And sweet and rough.
