When I put my brow gel after doing my brows with the pencil it just wipes out everything and then after the gel I can’t reapply the pencil cause it doesn’t stick anymore

Does the super lock turn white or crusty on you? Mine look great when I first do them and then a few hours later they have like white flakes on them. Drives me crazy!
