I use a diva cup. I have emergancy tampons but honestly I can’t remember the last time I’ve used one. It has to be over 4 years ago!

NO BUT REALLY! I switched to a cup 2 years ago this coming summer, last month I flew to visit family, I convinced myself I’d make it the week and back home before she came, LOL NOPE, she came 2 days after landing, had to use some tampons from my moms stash, I was crying on her couch later that day and everyday until I got home 😭😭😭😭😭

I used tampons all my teens, I used to get terrible insufferable cramps, I stopped using tampons after having my first child. Ive given natural unmedicated birth 2x and still the cramps I expirenced during the time before having kids was not even comparable to the pain back then, CB was a walk in the park compared to how it used to feel having cramps on period back then. I never really thought about it until watching this video, it probably was the tampons.

I went down a rabbit hole about how they believe tampons are a big cause to women having endometriosis. Not sure how I feel about that statement but 100% worse cramps while using a tampon!

100%makes my cramps SO much worse with a tampon! like barely able to atand up straight, the pain is so bad. I remember using tampons as a teen and the pain was unbearable. switched to pads abd I barely have cramps at all! crazy eh! lol

I’ve been a diva cup user for as LONG as I can remember, tampons always uncomfortable! But like 21.99 or a bit more on Amazon, once every few years if you want to replace but obv you can keep clean & like new for SO LONG

since I switched to reusable pads, ( heavy also) i find the period is now shorter and have no cramps. tampons and regular pads I would have a period for almost 9 days, and I feel like I was dieing with cramps. child birth was easier then my cramps

Yes, but it’s been this way since I was a teen. I use Knix period panties, and Knix it? Period disk. Also, midol has always made my period worse

I’ve tried everything, cups, pads, period underwear, NOTHING actually holds my flow. I leak in everything except tampons😭 my flow is really heavy (like changing my super tampons every hour for the first couple days) so i literally don’t have an option
