Chicken Caesar Wrap featuring The Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Oven @Ninja Kitchen Australia  Ingredients 4 cloves garlic, minced 3 anchovy fillets, finely chopped 1 tsp salt 2 egg yolks Juice from 1 lemon  1 tbsp Dijon mustard 150 ml Extra Virgin olive oil 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese Pepper to taste 2 cups all purpose flour  1 ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp avocado oil ¾ cup water 10 leaves of Baby Cos Lettuce or romaine lettuce chopped 2 chicken breasts 1 1/2 tsp oregano  1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt  ½ tsp pepper 1 tbsp Avocado oil Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to top wrap Cooked bacon rashers In a large mixing bowl add flour, salt and baking powder and mix to combine.  Make a well in the centre, add olive oil and water. Using a fork or your hands to combine until its comes together.  Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes. Place back into the bowl and cover with a towel and let rest for 30-45 minutes. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, finely chopped anchovy fillets, a pinch of salt, egg yolks, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Whisk the mixture thoroughly. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to whisk, creating a creamy emulsion. Alternatively you can use a blender for this process. Make sure you’re only adding in a drop at a time at the start of the process to start the emulsification process. Once all the oil is incorporated, add grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and black pepper. Set aside Add chicken breast to a bowl along with all seasoning and avocado oil. Mix to coat chicken. Preheat The Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Oven on the Max roast to 275C Add chicken breasts onto the rack and roast until golden brown and cooked all the way through.  Once done, set aside to rest for 5 minutes then cut into cubes. Once dough has rested, divide into even pieces and place onto a floured surface and roll with a rolling pin. Flour Ninja pizza peel then place flatbread on. To cook the flat bread add the pizza stone onto The Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Oven rack and preheat on the 'thin' pizza setting. Slide flatbread onto the pizza stone and cook for roughly 40 seconds each side flip halfway. Place lettuce leaves in a large mixing bowl . Add a generous amount of the prepared caesar dressing and toss the lettuce until it is well coated. Lay flatbread down followed by lettuce, chicken, bacon and top with more caesar dressing and a little more parmigiano cheese. Fold over and wrap.
