a lot of people judging should know bosses these these EXPECT you to use ai. In recent interviews the most common questions i've been asked is how i use ai in my daily ... because they expect you to get even more done than before, and they need her because someone has to set up and manage this automation :) and aofc monitor it for hallucinations

This is great! I’m curious as to how to do this as a manager with a team that are interio designers. Each designer focuses on a different project which is super personalized and super bespoke in order for me to understand what they do. I need to understand the story of each and just understand like the level of like the project. It’s not analytical, therefore, I would be open to any tips you might have as to how to use Claude in this instance.
