Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese Spread 🥯 Ingredients: • 1 pack cream cheese • 3 tbsp grated parmesan • 3 cloves garlic • 1 tsp dried oregano • 1 tsp dried parsley • ¼ tsp italian seasoning • ¼ tsp chives • ¼ tsp black pepper • ¼ tsp thyme Instructions: In a cast iron (or whatever you have) pan over medium heat, place 3 garlic cloves and shake the pan occasionally so that the cloves cook evenly. In 10-15 minutes the skins will have dark brown spots, but the garlic inside will be soft and mellow. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, add your cream cheese, grated parmesan, roasted garlic, and herbs. Combine with a fork and then with a whisk on high speed, beat together until soft and fluffy! Eat it plain on a bagel or elevate your favorite sandwich!
