I think you should keep it!!! somehow the crack in it represents the process of how this and the initial plate weren't ready for his Bday and weren't completed but the memory of it is very pretty to save. It's kinda like the imperfection of it tells the story so making a new one defeats the purpose?

I Love this!!! a Pierrot is the melancholy clown, he goes Back to the Italian comedia dell'arte i think? So more Theater than Circus :) He is characterized to be a dreamy, naive, sad and shy figure.. who is often unlucky in love, and rivals the more confident and mischievous Harlekin (correct me If I got something wrong)

I spent 30 hours drawing on a ceramic vessel and the glaze shivered off in the kiln ripping off the imagery. so humbling. start again and it'll be better next time. I've started mine over!
