of course not. if 1.5 million is dispensed, some of that money could have simply blown away, got lost, etc... the fact she reported it and only 3000.00 went missing? Sound pretty legit to me. Maybe the price to be paid is the bank do a better job ensuring their ATMs are regularly maintained so it doesnt happen again and take it as a lesson learned.
