@pavyforreal: STORYTIME!! Right after I graduated, my amma dropped something on me that I wasn't ready for. She told me she had taken a vow, that we would go bald together after I completed my studies 😮😭 I remember my immediate reaction so clearly. It was "YOU DID WHATTT???" I was just young, still holding onto myself, still struggling with insecurities and I knew in my bones that I didn't want to do something so big just because I was told to. I told her that I would do it one day when it came from me. Until then, please don't force me. Years passed. Then 2025 happened. My life started falling apart in ways I never saw coming. Things I trusted crumbled. I was drowning and I couldn't come up for air. Thats when something unexpected happened. I felt a strong pull towards Vishnu Appa. It felt like being held when I didn't even know how to ask for it. Vishnu Appa stepped in when everything else stepped away. I truly felt His presence. I don't know how to put it into words. Thats when I decided to just surrender and tonsure. It came from the very bottom of my heart and soul. A conscious offering. Letting go of something so personal felt like placing my broken pieces at His feet and saying "Take this too, Appa". That wasn't loss. That was devotion ♥️ and for Him, I would do it all over again 🪷 🐚
