@allypeterson__: After visiting 60+ countries, there are some travel habits I refuse to have anymore. They seem small… but they can make your trip way more stressful (and expensive) Here are a few I dropped ⬇️ ❌ Exchanging money at airports Airport exchange counters almost always have the worst rates. I either withdraw from a local ATM when I land or use a travel card instead. ❌ Overpacking “just in case” outfits Every time I’ve overpacked, I end up wearing the same few things anyway. Travelling lighter makes airports, trains, and moving around cities so much easier. ❌ Checking huge suitcases when I don’t need to Carry-on only saves time, avoids lost luggage, and means you can walk straight out of the airport instead of waiting at baggage claim. ❌ Booking flights without checking price alerts Flight prices change constantly. Setting alerts on comparison sites lets you track prices and book when they drop instead of overpaying. ❌ Relying on airport WiFi when I actually need it Airport WiFi is often slow or unreliable right when you need it most. I always download boarding passes, maps, and tickets before I leave. ❌ Not downloading offline maps Landing in a new country with no signal can be stressful. Offline maps make navigating instantly easier when you arrive. ❌ Travelling without snacks Flights get delayed, airport food is expensive, and sometimes you’re stuck with limited options. Snacks in your bag solve a lot of problems. The truth is… good travel is having good habits. Once you fix the little things, your trips become so much smoother. ✈️ SAVE this before your next trip 🌍 FOLLOW @allypeterson__ for more travel tips from 60+ countries #traveltiktok #travel #traveltok #travelhacks #traveltips
