enough refrigerant not moving through the evaporator, if you have already checked your fan and everything then I suspect the "expansion valve" pls check it, might be blocked.

Please I am commending to get wisdom and stop unnecessary spending,I got my ac few months ago (3) so I changed the outdoor ever since then I called a technician to help me fill gas it shows pipe a day after even water form put at pipe joint and ice on the thin pipe but they all keep collecting money without solving my issue .i even got a new pipe cause I thought the old pipe was leaking maybe and still the same thing after they fixed the pipe and filled the ac ,today now I saw ice on thin pipe and goes away after few mins like it does before and I filled yesterday with new pipe ,please help it’s frustrating and saddens me

It’s a new Hisense ,1.5 hp inverter …I’m very tired and drained financially ,even upon getting a new pipe I turned it on this morning and still seeing ice on the pipe,water forming out at the joint but I checked the Joint not quite long with soapy water can’t find leakages
