Ya…I’m kinda on the side of the people in this instance…not sure how this couldn’t be construed as graffiti, or defacing personal property. I know it’ only chalk…but chalk, spray paint, other forms of graffiti are all in the same bucket as far as I am concerned

chalk dont wipe of easy, it get in grooves and is not easy to remove. 2nd that's vandalism to your car

I remember over 15 years ago, they argued about this in court and said it was illegal. they judge said they can just take a picture instead.
