I have endo (no adeno with it that I know of) and giving up cold beverages + adding a histamine friendly pre/pro/post biotic brought my endo belly down 60-70% 🙏 in case this helps anyone but again I don’t have adeno too

Have you always suffered with the bloating? And sorry if you’ve mentioned before but how old were you when you knew it was endo? Cause ever since I started seeing your posts about this it’s made me wonder. I don’t get crippling pain during my period all the time but I do sometimes but I definitely get this kind of bloating where I can’t understand what the f is happening as I certainly didn’t look like that yesterday. I’m the same age as you and it’s just only something I’ve thought about recently. P.S truly love your content. 🫶🫶
