@mrwollas: I don’t control nor steal time, I anticipate it.” The timeframe was in between December 2023 and June 2024, with most of the progress occurring in between April and may. By that point my eyes, cheekbones and jaw were pretty much as symmetrical as they are now, which is coincidentally, when I realised everyone giving advice on this was either too stupid or ignorant to actually help me with anything, so inbegan doing my own thing, through sphenoid-suture mobilizations, occiput releases and PRI based excercises to fix my posture. Despite how quickly it took me to reconstruct my face I still had slight TMJ clicking all the way till late October 2024, simply because I honestly didn’t eally know what I was doing till nearly 3 months in the process, so I was kind of following the same bs advice that everyone gives like chewing mastic gums, aggressive jaw drills etc… which worsened my tmj quite a bit early on and I’d say is likely the reason why it took me nearly 5 months to see some good difference in my symmetry(just scroll through the page there’s a whole series where I show my weekly/monthly progress). Anyways, as I say in every video I make about symmetry, I have followed only the PRI manual, myofunctional practices, and craniofacial releases throughout the entire process. These protocols have been studied extensively in peer-reviewed research by people far smarter and more knowledgeable than me or than anyone else doing these self-practices at home. Some of the exercises may look a bit goofy, but the results speak for themselves. Nonetheless, I'm just sharing my journey, you do you, I do me :) . darktriadlord :
It’s been 10 weeks since i started doing your excercises for eye and eyebrow asymmetry and my eye area is now almost perfectly symmetrical, especially when i let my eyebrows drop, but i’ve also started doing some excercises for jaw asymmetry and although I’ve see some results i think that the clicking has gone a bit louder, and sometimes it hurts to chew hard food is that normal at? Thanks for everything btw

I’m a 16.5-year-old male currently 5’10–5’10.5” (about 70–70.5 inches) and weigh 160–162 lbs, lean with about 7 lbs of muscle gained this past year. My wingspan is 72 inches (+1.5” ape index), and my sitting height is 34.75 inches (~49.3% ratio, leg-dominant build). My growth history was 5’3 at 13, 5’6 at 14, 5’9.5 at 15, and 5’10 at 16, with growth slowing recently. My dad is 5’11, my mom is 5’4, and I’m trying to estimate realistically how much height I likely have left and where I’ll probably finish. I’m doing the 250 jumps and spinal decompression every day now

I have a question bro, i saw your YouTube guide on tmj and started implementing the exercises but i'm kinda unsure about one thing, chewing on the weaker side more. My left tmj is the restricted one hence it's the weaker side , is there risks on chewing if i have problem with that tmj ? how should i go about that?
