I just make my own cereal bars with porridge, protein powder, eggs and whatever flavour I fancy this week. Last week it was white chocolate and raspberry and this week its salted cameral and dark chocolate. I released its costs substantially less and I know exactly the ingredient list.🥰🥰

I think it is really interesting how TikTok has evolved in interest of its business goals. A guy called the etymologynerd has a great video on the adaptation of choice architecture within social media platforms. Unfortunately, TikTok reward this kind of content greater than other content for creators who get far more revenue.

I also don’t like the fact that I’m constantly being recommended dodging AI study tools or apps, I didn’t realise it was on so I turned off personalised ads. I was getting so sick of the AI ads

used to get them about a year ago until I started blocking aggressively, growing my word blocklist and hit not interested and reporting videos as unpleasant - the content moderation tools are actually quite good
