Hot dam, I WILL be using these!! My tisim always gets in the way of asking good questions unless we’re deep into a convo or I know them… dam! This is also better then me remembering something important about them then using that as a starting point….i freak people out with my memory skills and I make them feel too seen and then they run away 😬

Had to do this in my sorority during recruitment. Instead of “where are you from?” We would say “where is home for you”. Usually it left a better place to ask more thoughtful questions
