This often involves pre-planned disasters, distracting the masses, and then presenting a 'solution' that is typically a temporary fix leading to a planned outcome rather than a genuine resolution. It's crucial to protect your mind, frequencies, and energy. Practice discernment and trust your intuition. Consider healing your nervous system & chakras, doing somatic exercises, meditating, listening to binaural beats/frequencies, change your diet & etc. The first step is awareness & baby we are there! Thankfully so many people are waking up now. (sigh... finally) It's crucial that we work on ourselves; our mind, body & soul. We can't pour from an empty cup. To help others, we must first heal ourselves. When you're healed and remember who the fuck you are, that authentic, loving light freaking radiates!! By shining your light, you help others find theirs & show what's possible.. They have used hate to destroy us time and again. Let's not be like them, instead destroy them with love. We are more powerful than you can imagine! We are spiritual beings having a human experience. We are part of the Divine! The Creator (God, Source, Universe, whichever you prefer) is within you!
