I get aot of pain in my hands I wear compression gloves alot. I usually use. A heat ad on hands or hot water botle. Now my mum brought this had massager off amazon nearly 30 pound cheaper than actual compony sight just testing it out. It has a lovely head setting and it's massaging my whole hand. I'm not sure I would cope on a severe hand pain day with pressure as quite strong. But it's very comftable also. I have got on strongest setting too. I'm actually very pleased with it so far. I have fineshed massage while my hands are not feeling brand new I'm very impressed with the less stiffness I have a reduced pain.
