New insurance this year that does not cover Zepbound for weight loss and I will run out in four weeks and I am very scared as I have been on the highest dose for a year and a half and I do not want to gain weight since I have to abruptly stop it

I went off of mounjaro/zepbound after being on it for 3 years cold turkey from being on 15mg and yes food noise came back with a vengeance 😞.

I hit my goal and now I’m on maintenance on ZepBound 5mg’s. I take a shot once every 3 weeks. Seems to work and soon I’ll move to 1 shot every 4 weeks.

I’ve been off mounjaro since dec 28th. As of today I’m still maintaining a 10lb window. I gotta figure out a better diet. I wanna lose more weight still.

Thanks for sharing your experience! I’ve been on Mounjaro for almost 3 years and still suffer bad gi side effects so I’m considering going on the Wegovy pill so am very curious about how it feels irl.

I was on for three years. I took three weeks off while on vacation. It really wasn’t that bad for me. I did gain 10 pounds 21 days in Europe and I hate everything I wanted

I’ve been on Zepbound for two years now for pre diabetes. I’m maintaining now still on 15 mg I go two weeks before I take my shot and by the second week before my shot my hunger is back with a vengeance as well.

I hit goal and have tapered down to 5 on Zepbound. I am taking it every 2 weeks and still have a hard time eating until about day 12/13 of being off when I can feel it. I hope to taper down to 2.5 in the next few months and then…hopefully off totally - but I am scared
