Why can’t these cops ever learn? How does their superiors, the mayor etc.. not nip this in the bud ASAP. As soon as this person goes to court, if he even gets that far, the judge is gonna throw out the case and dude is gonna have a nice sizable lawsuit because you cannot arrest anyone on suspicion.

Police in America have been violating the people's civil rights for 235 years, and then lie under oath to get a conviction, now we the people have cameras we see how corrupt they truly are. The First Amendment protects the public’s right to record government officials while they perform their duties in public. Transparency is not a threat to democracy—it’s essential to it.
