@theeshawnraymond: THREE EXERCISES TO STRENGTHEN THE KNEE While you can’t actually strengthen the knee itself, you can strengthen the muscles surrounding the joint which are often times the cause or at least part of the reason you might be experiencing pain within your knee! There are muscles within your quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves that all aid in stabilizing your knee. These exercises help to strengthen some of those muscles to hopefully relieve you of some pain! All of these exercises should be performed for many reps at a time. Try and repeat each one for 45-90 seconds! #KneePain #Mobility #Trainer #Fitness #Longevity
