I've taken for 6+ months. in low light i look tan. sunlight, I look like i need sun. I checked my brand and its natural with coconut oil, 12mg. I'm consistent, take it every night. the absolute most i have noticed, my eyesight improved from my old prescription.

I’m you DO NOT get that dark in a month. I ave been taking for 3 months and YES it does darken my skin and has GREAT PERKS! But not that dark at all!!!
