Ok Tanti that rice look a little sad. Next time do 1 part washed rice with 2 parts water cover and bring to a boil then drop the heat to low for about 10min and do not open the cover. It’s 2026 no boil and drain rice. Otherwise it look good 👍🏼

to not overcook jasmine rice..strain it just before it gets soft. in other words..when u test it..it not fully soft when you press on it. it will continue to cook as it drains..that method works best for me.
