I don't think he should be held accountable for anything, he saved that child's life, if he didn't catch that kid that kid would have smacked right off the sidewalk and died for sure, it just doesn't pay to be a good samaritan, instead filing a lawsuit against that man, they should be thanking the guy that he caught the child and saved its life.
