The toy like that do not belong in the microwave so yes the mother should not have told her to put it in the microwave so the mother is responsible for that so no I agree with judge I'm sorry for that child getting hurt but that is the mother's fault I'm sorry that that child is scarred for the rest of her life but yes the package says do not heat up the toy

If there are warning labels clearly stating to not get this toy hot, then it is no one‘s fault except for the adult in charge. It is posted all over the box. The toy comes in. The toy company should not be held responsible for the poor parenting.
