As moms we have to create our own time for ourselves whether we sacrifice sleep at night or go to bed when they go to bed and get up early but once we do, it’s so worth it and we are better for our babies!

I love this time for just you. I always tell myself I’m going to get up before my two but just haven’t. But they go to bed at 7:30/8 so then I just use that as my me time (like now) 🥰🥰
