A tip - try not to put your pin tail comb down in between the foils, it’s a lot more efficient and saves time!

These are amazing foils!! Little tip when you have backcombed and placed the foil comb the back comb up off the foil and start the lightener placement from the middle then flick up xx

As a hair tutor, little tip, when applying and using foil, banish that thumb! It will natural pull the foil and cause slipping x

I personally hate these framar foils I find they slip and also rip so easily - try foil boss or foil squad xxxx and I always use a thin acrylic foiling board

just a tip! when your backcombing try pulling the comb down and then pushing it up!! it will just make it far easier to brush out and a lot more comfortable for your client! if you ever need any advice or just a chat, feel free to pop me a message!! i specialise in blondes and lived-in colour xx

Girlllll, you can see the difference from the back to the front and top with your technique and confidence, I find using a board easier for the back but it takes getting used too, my only tip is to hold the hair further down when you get your foil in for stability and place the lightener lower and feather it up to the root/backcombing and don’t use the comb for the initial fold of the foil you’ll wipe the lightener off the hair when you’re pulling it out❤️

A little tip I was given when I started was apply a small amount of bleach to the foil it’ll help the hair stick a little bit & don’t be scared to pull for tension - if it’s uncomfortable for the client they’ll say💕

When doing a balayage, make a ‘v’ or ‘w’ shape when applying the bleach! @Kenra Professional on YouTube has such a good video and it’s so easy to do!

Little tip On the Mohawk when you put the foil under section and have good tension with you first finger and little finger press the corners of the foil it while still holding the weaved section on the foil will help the foil get closer to the scalp xx
