I've literally seen the spirit of Sexual immorality shortly after an old roomate of mine was caught breaking the rules I our house and having sex b4 marriage. that same day I kid u not I walked out of the kitchen singing to myself later at night while they all went to bed and saw it come around the corner and go to her room I quickly ran to my room startled as I had been fasting and praying and asked God what that was.. He said "My Child.. That is the spirit of sexual immorality. That's what stands in your room by your bed while its happening" 🤢🤢🤢 😵💫😨 Yaaaaaa. It literally changed my life forever... My idea of it all. I had been asking God to show me why it was sooo serious.. finally I physically saw it 🤢.. I could describe it but im not going to.. this will lift it up by describing.. just know... you have entered a new world with Jezabelle and sexual immorality when these things happen between two people.. I hope that helps sharing my experience from seeing it in our old house from someone else. 😅

Porneia as I’ve been told is a Greek term that’s actually hard to translate, it means something like “sexual immorality” but reading that in the modern day doesn’t tell us what a first century audience would’ve expected. Other first century Jewish sources tell us that sex with your wife while she’s in menstruation, on the sabbath, and oral is all porneia even within marriage. Sometimes sex with a wife after you’ve had a divorce is porneia. So while sex outside of marriage is included in “porneia”, we must treat these as equal.
