Hi there i have low ferritin (12) and im relying on iron and its been a month now.i used to have thick hair and a lot of hair but all of a sudden i started loosing a lot of hair and then figured its for my ferritin now the breakage is getting better but i want my full hair back soon. do you have any tips ? I truly love my hair and its hard to loose the only thing about yoursef that you loved the most and when i started loosing hair i felt awful cause it seemed like i was loosing the only pretty thing about myself and now eventhough uts healling i still want it to get even better so that wouldnt happen agian.i know the chances of you replying back is low yet id appreciate your help 💕
