@ms.jennyboo: This is what freeze mode can look like. Two really good, regulated days. Momentum. Energy. Capacity. And then today… I couldn’t get out of bed. Freeze mode is a nervous system response. When you’ve lived in survival mode for a long time, even good days can be activating. Capacity increases. Adrenaline drops. Your system realizes it’s safe enough to process. And sometimes that processing looks like shutdown. What people call laziness is often: • nervous system overload • emotional integration • stress chemicals wearing off • a body conserving energy Regulation isn’t linear. Healing isn’t performance based. If you’ve been stuck in bed feeling guilty, you might not be failing… You might be in a nervous system shutdown response. You might be integrating more than you realize. You might be coming down from survival mode. And your body deserves understanding, not punishment ❤️🩹 #healingoutloud #NervousSystemHealing #RegulatedNotLazy #HealingOverHustle #SoftButGrounded
