This is such an interesting conversation on this concept. I vaguely had knowledge of the concept but I had no idea how to explain it way that made sense. I also liked the point of anonymous gifting because it’s something I thought about too. Sometimes I catch myself thinking “am I doing this to be nice or because I want them to feel good about me”? Helps me think through if I’m seeking validation in a subversive way or if I’m genuinely doing something good
