I got a faded bob stroller that needed a new tire for free on the curb in my neighborhood, I used fabric dye and a pump sprayer and just covered all the overspray areas with plastic wrap, sprayed it down 3 times, then washed it with the hose and it looked brand new. I sold it for several hundred when I was done with it.
