#Daca Public server MTA Operator. I went to (OCI) Metro school for a month and study really hard no hand outs. been in the USA 26 years never gotten in trouble with the law, clean drinking record. Yeah of course I’ll love to become resident, but people keep telling us to do it the right way, my question what’s the right way.? Clean driving record never been to jail just trying to make an honest living to provide for my family, I just did my taxes I have to pay $8k by April 15. How am I supposed to pay this money if my job is at risk 😔

Unfortunately, in the last five years, at least 10 states have had fraud or scams in their bureau of motor vehicles. Charges were filed in every single state, either against a test examiner, third-party testing facility, and in one case, state police officers doing the driving test. The recipients of the fraudulent commercial licenses were both non-domicile and US citizens.

what happened to having to take a knowledge test to get a permit. if you didn't take that all drivers that did not take the knowledge test shouldn't have there license.

Imagine all the family who will have to suffer because they got there cdl taken from them and no longer can work. Also it’s not just immigrants it’s American citizens as well who cause these accident. Also what loophole are you talking about? Immigrants also pay taxes so idk what ur point is.

Car accidents don't depend on your citizenship or whether you have a green card! There are still many people in this country who are so-called legal residents, and they still get into fatal car accidents! Truly unfair for those who are actually responsible, can read & speak good English with a valid permit & ssn. Not to mention a clean driving record who payed out of pocket

There’s actually a big percentage of drivers that are undocumented immigrants who speak and comprehend English, I agree laws need to be enforced but there’s ways to do it. Make the drivers retake their tests in English… respectfully I think you should do more research on the topic

I understand any dangerous driver should be put out of the road but when you’re saying they found a system that’s not correct.. it could happen with an American driver too so you think that they found a system you cannot rationalize a community. I know every bag has some bad apples but all anand the same so when you are putting a video just be responsible where you’re talking about an accident can happen with the American citizen to that doesn’t mean he has some special powers to protect the community. Thank you.
