Very disappointed with my Electrolux dryer and the customer service that came with it. The dryer runs for about 10 seconds and then shuts off completely. For an appliance that costs this much, that’s unacceptable. I contacted Electrolux expecting support or a solution, but they have been no help at all. Instead of standing behind their product, I was left frustrated and stuck with a dryer that barely works. I expected reliability and quality from Electrolux, but this experience has been nothing but stressful. I would not recommend this dryer based on both the product failure and the poor customer service experience.

Those types of Kenmore washers you had were THE BEST type of HE washer when they sold them but now Electrolux is one of the best so you’ve been doing well with your laundry game 😂
